As a consumer, joining a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture program) is a great way to learn where your food comes from.   At the same time, it is helpful for farmers to get to know the people who eat the vegetables they grow.  CSA members support their local farmers and gain access to healthy, tasty produce.

At Greens and Beans, our farm runs for 36 weeks, mid-April through mid-December.  Our CSA is comprised of a spring season and a fall season, while the summer months find us selling at the Geneva and Canandaigua VA farmers' markets. Both full and half CSA share options are available, with half share members picking up on an every-other-week basis.  All produce is harvested fresh the morning of pick-up, and the crates are pre-packed and ready to go.  Members receive weekly emails that detail the share contents and that provide a snapshot of farm life at each point in the growing season.

In addition to our vegetable CSA, during the spring we offer egg shares of 1 dozen eggs per week, courtesy of our happy hens.
